This sturdy Pillow Block comes equipped with a fully sealed Bearing Insert already fitted within the housing, ensuring optimal performance and durability. This two-bolt unit has hexagon socket set screws and a tapered bore. This bearing unit should be fitted on an adapter sleeve.
The Bearing Insert in the UKP311 can be easily removed from the P311 housing, allowing for future replacements as needed.
The convex shape of the Bearing Inserts outer ring along with the concave sphered shape inside the housing gives this UKP311 Pillow Block Unit the ability to self-align, adjust for shaft deviation, and reduce abnormal load.
Equipped with two hexagon socket set screws, the Bearing Insert securely tightens against the shaft once fitted, ensuring stability, and reducing the risk of slippage or misalignment.
